Prices:  All prices are subject to change without notification.

Orders/Special Orders: 
Orders may be placed by phone, fax or with a sales representative. Any change from catalog items will be
considered a special order and is subject to a surcharge and freight charge. Please call for a price quote and estimated delivery date.

Credit Policy:
Net 30 days on all accounts with approved credit. Opening orders will be due upon receipt. All other accounts will be shipped C.O.D. Overdue invoices are subject to a 2% late charge.

Freight Policy:
All shipments are shipped by U. P. S. freight allowance is allowed for orders over $1000 if paid within terms, excluding saddles.

Return Policy:
No merchandise will be accepted for returns without prior authorization from Oxbow Tack. If for any reason
you desire to return goods you must first contact Oxbow Tack giving us a reason for the return, invoice number
and date. SPECIAL ORDERS can not be returned. Not all items are guaranteed, please check with Oxbow Tack before you replace merchandise for your customer.

Claims:
Claims for error in shipment must be made within ten (10) days after receipt of merchandise.

Back Orders:
Oxbow Tack tries to maintain an adequate stock of merchandise, at time we will be out of an item(s). If you do not wish to receive back orders, please ask that your order be marked NO BACK ORDERS when placing your order. Items which are back ordered will be shipped when merchandise is available.
